A small, light-filled studio on Brunswick Street. We teach slow flow, restorative and beginners’ yoga in classes capped at twelve people, so nobody gets lost at the back of the room.
Our teachers are all senior-registered, and every class is suitable for people working around injury — tell us what is going on and we will adapt around it.
